What is Interim Feedback
The purpose of interim feedback is to provide timely guidance, corrections, or suggestions to employees at any point during the review cycle. This allows individuals to make necessary adjustments and improve their performance before the final evaluation is completed.
In Synergita, once interim feedback is configured, the link will be available under the respective employee’s Profile & Performance page, accessible to users in the Manager and above categories.
How to Provide Interim Feedback
The action item will show only in respective Employees (Profile Page, Performance Page) as highlighted in the screenshot below.
People -> My Team -> Select the Employee Profile -> Interim Feedback
Note: Self-relationship will be not applicable to provide feedback in the Interim
