The review frequency determines how often employee assessments will be conducted within a specified review period. Selecting the appropriate frequency ensures that performance tracking, goal achievement, and feedback cycles are aligned with your organisation’s evaluation strategy.

Available Options:

  • Monthly: Conduct assessments at the end of each month. Ideal for teams with short-term goals or fast-paced projects.

  • Quarterly: Assess performance every three months. This is suitable for companies aiming to monitor progress regularly while allowing sufficient time for goal completion.

  • Half-Yearly: Evaluate employees twice a year. Useful for organisations with longer-term projects or mid-term performance reviews.

  • Annually: Conduct assessments once a year. Commonly used in organisations that follow traditional yearly performance cycles.

Choose a review frequency that aligns with your organisation’s performance management strategy and business objectives.

Note: Any changes to the review frequency should be configured before the process cycle is initiated. Once the cycle starts, the selected frequency will govern all assessments within that period and cannot be modified.
