In Synergita, templates form the foundation of your performance management process. They define the structure, rating scales, and evaluation criteria used during reviews. To ensure accuracy and relevance, it’s important to update template details at the right time.
Making updates at the appropriate stage helps maintain consistency in employee evaluations and prevents disruptions in ongoing performance cycles.
Updates to template details should ideally be made before the start of a new performance cycle. This ensures that all changes — such as updated goals, competencies, sections, or rating scales — are reflected correctly when the cycle is launched for employees
.
Once a cycle has started, avoid making edits to the active template, as changes may not apply to already published employee forms and could lead to data inconsistencies.
